Caring for others has been at the heart of Cameron’s life since childhood. After being diagnosed with leukemia at age seven, physical therapy helped him regain his strength and inspired him to dedicate his career to helping others do the same.

With more than 10 years of direct patient care experience, including seven years serving older adults in senior living communities, rehabilitation hospitals, home health, and skilled nursing, Cameron has responded to over 400 medical emergencies and developed a passion for fall prevention, mobility, and helping individuals remain safely independent.

Today, Cameron brings his expertise directly into clients’ homes, creating personalized wellness plans while treating every client with the compassion, dignity, and respect they deserve.

Nicole combines healthcare leadership, organization, and compassionate service to ensure every client and family receives exceptional support from the very first conversation.

Her healthcare journey began with completing a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program before pursuing Healthcare Administration. Throughout her career, she has served in healthcare administration, insurance coordination, patient services, and leadership roles, ultimately becoming Manager of Care Coordinators for a large healthcare organization.

At Home Team Concierge, Nicole oversees client care, scheduling, communication, and daily operations. She believes the smallest details often make the biggest difference, and her goal is to make every family feel informed, supported, and cared for.
